According to Gilbert Rafael Fuentes, creator of the Fat loss 4 idiots program, one thing a lot of overweight people have in common is that they just don’t know what foods to eat, how much calories are right for them and when to eat in the day. Gilbert says people need to eat more than 3 times a day to lose the fat. Starving yourself has the opposite effect and the body begins to store fats not burn it.
Gilbert says your body is like an engine and it only needs certain foods at certain times of the day, but if you don’t eat the right foods at the right time of day, your body will not burn the calories but rather store those calories as fat.. He also says that food is not our enemy. The real enemy is the wrong type of food as some foods trigger fat burning and others trigger fat storage.
Gilbert says that our bodies attempt to burn the exact number of calories every day and this is the reason so many people find it hard to lose the fat. The fat loss 4 idiots program uses calorie shifting to help you lose the fat. This requires eating foods of different calories every day in order to confuse your body’s metabolism and get it started burning excess body fat. It takes your body several days to recognise a difference in your calorie intact and adapt to it. And during this time of confusion your body is tricked into burning excess body fat fast.
This program is designed to run over an 11 day period with a break of 3 days where you can eat anything before going back on the 11 day program again. The foods are made up of fruit, vegetables, lean protein, pasta, eggs, cottage cheese, beans, milk, fish, chicken and oats. These meals are to be eaten 4 times a day and at least 2.5 hours apart. You eat until you feel almost full.
The Final Word:
There are so many diets and weight loss programs out there today. Some are good and some not so good. I’m afraid what works for one person may not necessarily work for everyone. I have no doubt the fat loss 4 idiots will help some people lose the fat but not everyone. What you will learn from this program is basic principles of losing weight.
The iPhone 4 is an apple iPhone that was unveiled in June 7, 2010 and later released into the market on the 24 June, 2010. Although it is not the latest iPhone to be unveiled by the giant technology company, the device features among the top smartphones to be produced by any company.
The device features among other things a 3.5 inch LCD capacitive touchscreen that is capable of displaying up to sixteen million colors. In addition to that, it also sports a retina display which I found very fascinating considering the fact that it offers close to four times the pixel density of a normal LCD display. The result is an unperceived sharpness that is unrivaled by devices in its category.
With the option of 8, 16 and 32 GB of internal storage memory, you can be able to save most of your stuff within the phone memory. It also comes with a 5MP back facing camera which takes high quality photos and the retina display only serves to further improve the output on the 960 by 640 pixels display. I also noticed the camera could record videos of up to 720p which by normal standards is decent picture quality. It also supports video calling via the secondary front facing camera with picture quality of up to 480p.
The phone is also relatively fast thanks to the 1GHz processor that operates on the iOS 4 that can also be easily upgraded to iOS 7.1. It is relatively solid with a non-removable 1420 mAh battery which can last up to 7 hours of talk time running on 3G network.
This brings me to some of its downsides. I could not help but notice that the non-removable battery offered no options in case need for replacement arises. Also, the 1GHz processor runs on 512mb of RAM which makes it relatively slow especially considering the massive storage the phone was given. In addition to that, the memory is non-expandable due to lack of a memory slot.
All in all, the phone is a great masterpiece that definitely rises above most of the devices that fall within the same smart phone bracket.
The iPhone is an iOS smartphone developed and built by Apple. The iPhone was the first smartphone to have two cameras one in the rear, 5 megapixel, with 5 times digital zoom, integrated with a LED flash light and the other located in the front of the phone near the speaker at the top. The iPhone4 made video calling dream come true to many of its users with just a touch of a button making communication much livelier by use of gestures, facial expressions than before.
The iPhone weighs 137 grams, has width of 58.6mm, height of 115.2mm and thickness of 9.3mm. It boosts of a RAM of 512MB, a battery of 3.7v, multitouchscreen with aspect ratio of 1.5:1, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, quad-band, made of a glass face and metal rim.
The iPhone has a sleek solid design which comes in handy, resolution camera which adapts well when video conferencing or taking high quality images, faster in connection than its predecessor, inbuilt GPS consisting of integrated Google maps and factory installed high quality applications. The iOS4 introduced a multitasking instrumentallity that allowed users to switch to other applications leaving others suspended in memory or some functions working in the background. Due to high aspect ration the picture are more clear and crispy. Battery life greatly improved which lasts approximately a day when in heavy usage. The advantage of glass on both sides (front and back)is that glass is more resistant to scratches than the previous materials e.g plastic. Separate microphone for noise cancellation.
The back and the front is glass which makes it vulnerable to breakage if one is not extremely cautions of the iPhone. The platform on which the iPhone runs i.e iOS4 is not as popular as its greatest rival android on other smart phones leaving it a bit disadvantaged when it comes to acquiring online applications.
